Successfully completed the "Inside the Gut: Nutrition Strategies on GI Disorders and Microbiome" on-demand training course, organized by CATALYST – The Training Lab.

This course provided evidence-based insights into the relationship between the gut microbiome, digestive health, and nutrition. It covered practical dietary strategies for managing common gastrointestinal (GI) disorders, including individualized nutrition interventions to support gut function, reduce symptoms, and promote long-term digestive wellness.

The training strengthened my clinical knowledge in gastrointestinal nutrition, enabling me to deliver personalized, science-based dietary guidance for individuals experiencing digestive health conditions.
